The Business is All About The Clients

The Business is All About The Clients

The foundation of all commerce is supply and demand.  Someone wants to purchase something and someone else has it to sell.  At all points there may be facilitators that make any transaction easier for all involved.  Our real estate business is one where there are many facilitators often competing to provide the service to the client.

The Business is All About The Clients

At some point in an interview with a potential client a connection is made and at that point that person makes a commitment to work with us and our knowledge to find a house that his family can ultimately call a home. That is when we need to be on our game with careful attention to their wishes and mindful of the budgets available for the purchase.

W are then charged with taking them through the process explaining, within our constraints and abilities, why something may not work or how something can be changed to become feasible.

I always put my clients interests first. It is a promise we make when we sign agreements to make them our clients. It's at that point that my professionalism comes into action and the focus needs to be maintained though the search part of the transaction, then the inspections, to the mortgaging process and all the way to the closing.  There may even be times after closing when we are called by these clients to assistance with contact names of professionals that can assist them n making that house a home.

The true impact of our relationship is felt when we get calls from friends of a client to give them the same help we gave the previous client. Down the road, if we have done our job right, those same clients will remember to call us when they need to make a move from the purchase that started the relationship.

My client are always number 1 to me and I strive to let them feel that as well.
