Ed's Chesprocott Region Blog: Indoor Water Park at CoCo Key Waterbury CT

Indoor Water Park at CoCo Key Waterbury CT

The weather outside was overcast and cool in the mid 30's.  Inside the CoCo Key Waterpark, it was a balmy 80 and humid with all the kids being actively on the water slides and pools.

CoCo Key Water Resort has something for everyone and there is never a bad day at the pool. Located just off Exit 25A of I84 in Waterbury, where the hotel was once a Sheraton, CoCo Key offers hotel accommodations, a quality restaurant, numerous conference and banquet rooms, and of course the water resort.

Hi Ed Silva, I had no idea they had these in your area.  I have been to indoor waterparks like this in the Wisconsin Dells.  They are so much fun!  Wish I was there to enjoy it!

Ed I have been there and stayed up the hotel.  The hotel accommodations are very good, and most people would never guess there is a water park there.

Ed, we really need an inside water park here. A place for kids to enjoy when it is cold outside.

Good morning Ed. That sounds like a wonderful place to bring the kids for sure. Had never heard about it.

Looks like the perfect place to "vacation" and forget the outdoors and be in this indoor tropical paradise !

Hi Ed Silva ,  It's hard to think of a Balmy 80 Degrees and Humid anything right now, as the temperature here is about 17 for a High.  Thinking of putting on a bathing suit makes me shiver.   Brrrr
