Ed, this is a great explanation of what is happening with the current real estate market in Cheshire. It is imperative that people understand the REAL real estate market because they read about other places that have left the bad times in the dust. So much of CT is still down, and without the proper guidance selling a home can be more than painful. You are the one to call in Cheshire to sell a house, or buy a house.
