Ed a 19 unit drop in sales is a lot.  I would have expected this year to have been higher than 2015 rather than lower.

Interesting comparison between your market and mine in Arizona. We're already seeing sales slow down; summer is always strong for sales here.  So this means that sales actually start slowing down in early July, while yours are still going strong.  Hmmm....  Great reporting for your area!
