Southington CT 48th Apple Harvest Festival 2016

This is the 48th year of the Southington CT Apple Harvest Festival and it should be every bit as successful with organizers expecting another 100,000 person crowd by the time it ends on the second Sunday evening.

While not all of the booths are open during the week, the Apple Fritter booth has been open every day from 6 AM to closing at 9 pm with exception of Sunday at 6 PM.

There are rides for the kids, with special day passes available. Vendors and exhibitors booths line the town green and some of the adjacent streets.

This second weekend features the Arts and Crafts Fair, with live entertainment scheduled throughout the day.

Festival hours are:   Fri       5 PM to 9 PM                              Sat      9 AM to 9 PM                              Sun      Noon to 5 PM Parking is available at Southington High School with free shuttle bus service.

Well, thank goodness the main event (the apple fritter booth) is opened every day!!  LOL  (At least that would be my main attraction!!)  Enjoy the festival!

Wow your apple festival is more serious than ours. We have one that is only one day...it was Saturday and rained all day.
